Frequently asked questions.
When is the next exhibition at EIEC Cairo?
The next exhibitions at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo are AutoTech Egypt (9–11 October 2026) and Egypt Energy (12–14 October 2026), followed by HACE - Hotel Expo (19–21 October 2026). The full list, month by month, is on this page and follows the NCIEC monthly agendas.
How early should I book a stand builder for an EIEC show?
Standard fabrication needs at least 30+ days of production lead time from approved brief to delivery, and we recommend starting around 8 weeks before build-up. Rush builds can be done in as little as 7 days when the factory schedule allows, so contact us as soon as you have your stand area.
Can you re-install our stand from last year's edition?
Yes. We inspect, refurbish and re-install existing stands, update the graphics for the new edition and can store the structure between editions.
Do you build country pavilions for foreign exhibitors?
Yes. We build country pavilions and group stands with individual counters and shared branding, and handle fabrication, delivery, on-site installation and dismantling in Egypt. Send your approved artwork and stand plan and we confirm scope within 24 hours.
Do you work behind international agencies (white-label)?
Yes. We work as the local production partner for international event agencies, from approved artwork to on-site build, and can operate white-label so the agency stays the client's single point of contact.
