04 / FAQ

EDEX questions.

Do you comply with EDEX organizer and security procedures?

Yes. We work to the organizer's submission calendar, provide crew documentation for access control, and build strictly from approved technical files. Confidentiality agreements with exhibitors are standard practice for us.

We are an international pavilion organizer. Can you build for a group of exhibitors?

Yes — national and group pavilions are one of our core scopes. We manage the shared structure, uniform finishes, and individual branding for each exhibitor inside the pavilion.

How far in advance should we contract our EDEX 2027 build?

Ideally 4-6 months ahead. Defence exhibitions involve approval cycles and security procedures that reward early planning, and December is a heavy month for exhibition fabrication in Cairo.

Can you also handle our graphics and AV integration?

Yes — graphics production is in-house, and we integrate screens, sound, and lighting into the stand structure with our electrics partners.

Do you offer dismantling and storage until the next edition?

Yes. We dismantle, crate, and store reusable structures in Cairo, refurbish them before the next edition, and re-install — reducing your next EDEX cost and build time.
