Cairo WoodShow — now in its 11th edition, organised by WoodShow Global — brings wood, furniture and woodworking machinery to the Cairo International Convention & Exhibition Centre (CICC). Its audience is manufacturers, importers, distributors, machinery suppliers and specifiers serving Egypt and North Africa. Exhibitors arrive with heavy machinery, solid timber and full joinery builds — stands that need real engineering, not just graphics on walls. It is a trade-only show, so the stand has to win the right visitors fast and let them see the machines working.

Built by a joinery factory, not a stand contractor. We are a joinery factory ourselves. Our Cairo workshops cut, rout, edge-band, veneer and spray-finish in our own booths, so your stand is made by people who work with MDF, plywood, veneer and solid wood every day.

Platforms for machinery on the floor
Heavy-duty platforms and floor-loading calculations for CNC routers, panel saws and edge banders, with cable routing and power drops planned into the stand before we build.
Sample and finish walls
Veneer, laminate, HPL, paint and stain panels displayed at eye level, lit and labelled so specifiers can compare finishes side by side.
Slat walls and display systems
Slat walls and modular display systems for panels, doors, flooring and hardware, rated for the real weight of your product.
Storage rooms and back-of-house
Storage rooms, stock cupboards and a meeting corner built into the stand, so the working area stays clean on the show floor.

FAQ Cairo WoodShow
How much machinery weight can your platforms carry, and how do you handle floor loading?
We engineer each platform from the machine's spec sheet: gross weight, footprint and point loads under the feet or wheels. Loads are spread across a reinforced timber-and-steel frame, and we check the result against the venue's floor-loading limits, which we confirm with the organiser before build-up. Send us the machine's weight and footprint and we confirm the platform design.
Can you run power for live machine demos?
Yes. We plan three-phase and single-phase power drops, cable routing and safety isolators into the stand before build-up, sized to each machine's rated load. Live demos also need the organiser's approval for power and for dust and noise limits, which we request together with your drawings. Bring the machine's power rating and we handle the rest.
Can you build from our own designer's drawings?
Yes. Many exhibitors arrive with their own designer or agency. We review the drawings for buildability and weight, flag anything that needs to change, price it, then fabricate in our joinery factory and install on site. We can also work white-label behind your designer or agency.
