EGYPS — Egypt Energy Show
29-31 March 2027 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center. Stands for oil & gas, energy services, hydrogen, and pipeline exhibitors — heavy-duty builds, product displays, and meeting suites. The show runs under its official name EGYPES 2027 on 30 March - 1 April 2027, and we also build for Egypt Energy (12-14 October 2026, same venue) and support Egyptian exhibitors at African Energy Week in Cape Town.

6-9 December 2027, EIEC. Booths, national pavilions, and secure meeting rooms for defence, aerospace, and security exhibitors — built to organizer compliance and schedule.

How much does an exhibition stand in Egypt cost?
Stand cost depends on area, height, materials, and complexity. As a guide, custom fabrication is quoted per square meter after we review your plans, while modular stands are priced per configuration. Send your floor plan and stand area to receive an itemized quotation within 24 hours.
How early should I book a stand contractor for EGYPS or EDEX?
Book 8-12 weeks before build-up day. Major shows at the Egypt International Exhibition Center have strict organizer deadlines for documents, approvals, and badges, and our factory calendar fills up around the big exhibitions. Late projects are possible when capacity allows. Rush builds can be executed in as little as 7 days when the factory schedule allows — send your files early to lock the slot.

Do you work at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC)?
Yes — EIEC in New Cairo is our home ground. We know the halls, loading docks, build-up windows, height rules, and organizer procedures, and our factory is close enough to support on-site changes fast.
Do you build for energy events like EGYPES, Egypt Energy, and African Energy Week?
Yes. EGYPES 2027 — the Egypt Energy Show at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, 30 March to 1 April 2027 — and Egypt Energy (12-14 October 2026, same venue) are core calendar events for us: custom stands for oil & gas operators, energy service companies, and technology exhibitors. We also support Egyptian companies exhibiting at African Energy Week in Cape Town.
Can you build a stand from an overseas agency?
Absolutely — most of our work comes from agencies and brand teams abroad. Send files in any format (CAD, SketchUp, renders, or PDFs); our engineers convert them into fabrication-ready shop documents, confirm local venue rules, and quote fabrication and installation.
Do you handle dismantling and storage after the show?
Yes. We dismantle, pack with numbered components, and store stands in our Cairo warehouses between events, then refurbish and re-install them for your next exhibition — a common arrangement for companies exhibiting at multiple Egyptian shows per year.
Can you manage the organizer approvals and badges?
We submit technical documentation, risk files and insurance papers required by organizers, and support your team with the badge and access process. The exhibition space contract stays between you and the organizer.
Can you act as a local production partner for international event agencies?
Yes — this is our core agency service. Agencies from Europe and the US send plans or specs and receive turnkey event production in Egypt: fabrication in our own factories, venue logistics, organizer approvals, installation and dismantle at EIEC, CICC and Sharm El-Sheikh venues — with itemized pricing and English-speaking project managers.
Do you build stands and conference sets in Sharm El-Sheikh?
Yes. We produce and install conference scenography, stage sets, sponsor stands and signage for summits and corporate events in Sharm El-Sheikh and the Red Sea venues — alongside exhibition booth builds at EIEC and CICC in Cairo.
Do you offer fiberglass fabrication for events?
Yes — fiberglass (GRP) fabrication for events is one of our specialities: custom sculptures, logo features, cladding, reception desks and scenography elements, fabricated, molded and finished in-house since 2010.
