Can The Task manufacture for clients outside Egypt?
Yes. The Task accepts export orders from Africa, Europe and beyond. Production happens in our three Cairo factories, and we handle export packing, documentation and shipping coordination.
What is the minimum order for export manufacturing?
There is no fixed MOQ. We work project by project: a single premium booth, a batch of kiosks, or a recurring production program. Feasibility is assessed from your files or brief, and we confirm scope, price and lead time within 24 hours of receiving a complete RFQ.
Which Incoterms does The Task support?
We quote EXW, FOB (Alexandria or Port Said), CIF and DDP. For event fabrication we also deliver DAP-to-venue with our own installation crew.
What documents are provided with export shipments?
Standard export documents include commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading or CMR/roadway bill. Material certificates, test reports and warranty letters are provided on request for facade and structural scopes.
Do you protect client files and sign NDAs?
Yes. We regularly sign NDAs with agencies and brand owners before receiving technical files, and your files, molds (for fiberglass production) and jigs remain your property. We do not resell or re-manufacture client files for other customers.
Can The Task install on site outside Egypt?
Yes. For international orders we quote travel, visas, accommodation and per-diem separately, or we supervise your local contractor remotely with our engineers on video call.
