Yes. Exhibition stand fabrication and on-site installation is a core service — custom stands and pavilions for exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events across Egypt.
How much does an exhibition stand cost in Egypt?
The price of an exhibition stand depends on four things: floor area in square metres, finishing level and materials, build complexity, and the show duration and set-up days. How does an event project with The Task work, step by step?
Five steps: 1) Brief & RFQ — you send the brief and we quote within 24 hours; 2) Shop drawings — materials and samples are approved before production; 3) Fabrication — built in our three Cairo factories; 4) Installation — by our own crews, from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh; 5) Handover — the finished work is delivered to you on site.
What is the typical production lead time?
Standard fabrication projects require 30+ days from brief approval to delivery. Complex facade or large-scale event installations may require longer. Booking well ahead of seasonal campaigns is strongly recommended.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is calculated within the project budget based on scope, materials, dimensions, timeline, installation complexity, and site location. A detailed brief is required before a formal quotation is issued.
Does The Task provide on-site installation?
Yes. Every division includes fabrication and full on-site installation. The Task operates as a turnkey partner — delivering completed projects, not materials only.
Does The Task install only in Cairo?
No. Fabrication happens in our three Cairo factories, and installation is carried out by The Task’s own crews across Egypt — from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh —. Tell us the venue and dates in your brief and we plan transport and installation around them.
What languages does The Task operate in?
Arabic and English — technical documentation, quotations, and project communications available in both.
Do you manufacture for international clients outside Egypt?
Yes. The Task accepts export orders from Africa, Europe and beyond — with export packing, documentation and shipping coordination handled by our team. See our Export & Contract Manufacturing page for details.
Can The Task be our local production partner in Egypt for an international event?
Yes. The Task works as the local production partner for international event agencies: from approved artwork to the on-site build, covering exhibition stands and country pavilions, conference sets and event branding, and stages and scenic builds. Send the approved artwork and the venue details and we confirm scope and price within 24 hours.
Which Incoterms and export documents do you support?
We quote EXW, FOB (Alexandria or Port Said), CIF and DDP, and provide the full document set: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading or CMR. Material certificates and test reports are available on request.
Can you build our stand at EGYPS, EDEX, or Cairo ICT?
Yes — the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) is our home ground. We fabricate and install stands for EGYPS, EDEX and Cairo ICT exhibitors, and we handle organizer submissions, build-up schedules, and on-site support.
