Skilled installation teams travel with full toolkits, work to venue build windows, and stay on-site through the show: daily checks, repairs and rapid fixes. We coordinate directly with venue production teams, freight forwarders and your local contact.
Post-event removal & handback
After the last delegate leaves, we dismantle, remove and hand back venues in the condition required by venue management — with photo documentation and asset recovery where elements need to be stored, reused or shipped onward.

Who sources the materials and fixings?
We do. We source appropriate materials and fixings locally, including fire-rated substrates, weatherproof outdoor materials and premium finishes required by international conference standards — with material certificates available on request.
Can you support multi-venue events and government-level forums?
Yes. We run parallel installation crews under one production manager for multi-venue programs, and we are used to the protocols of high-level international conferences: strict schedules, security coordination and zero-surprise delivery.
